  3. Then turn off the power, wait 2~3 minutes, then turn on the power again.  If the error still occurs, call the dealer where you purchased the printer.

  5. If the same error occurs again and again, make sure all the transportation lock screws or clamps have been removed.  Also make sure that no packaging or extraneous objects are in the printer.

  7. Please turn off  the printer and then turn it back on again a few minutes later.
